About Me

Hi there! I’m Becca and I’m so glad you are here! Therapy takes tremendous courage. It also presents a beautiful opportunity to move forward differently in life. I want you to know you are not alone. I’m here to listen and support you, but also encourage you to make changes to improve your quality of life. My style is warm, insightful, authentic and active. This means I won’t just sit there and nod. I will ask questions and point out patterns to help you to get to the root of whatever you are struggling with.

I strive to be the kind of therapist that I always wanted as a client, someone willing to dive deep and offer encouragement and support along the way. I take a down-to-earth approach, using humor, genuine care for others, and, of course, my training to connect on a deeper level, so you feel truly heard and understood. Our time together can be whatever you need. We can laugh, cry, sit in silence, or fill the time with words.

Children & Teens:

Working with children and teens in therapy is one of the greatest joys of my career. Each young person brings their own unique spirit, curiosity, and resilience to the therapeutic space, and I consider it a true privilege to walk alongside them on their journey. My goal is to create a warm, safe, and supportive environment where they feel heard, understood, and valued—empowering them to express their feelings, navigate challenges, and discover their strengths. Witnessing their growth, whether they are building confidence, overcoming obstacles, or learning more about themselves, is both humbling and inspiring. My goal is to empower them with the tools they need to thrive and to remind them they are never alone in their struggles.

I also believe in the importance of collaborating with parents and caregivers. I provide guidance and support to help you understand your child’s needs and how best to support them at home and in their daily life.

Navigating the complexities of motherhood and the many challenges women face today can be overwhelming. I offer a compassionate and supportive space for mothers and women to explore their unique journeys. Whether you’re grappling with the demands of parenting, balancing work and home life, or dealing with personal growth and self-discovery, I’m here to help. My approach is rooted in empathy, understanding, and respect, ensuring you feel heard and valued every step of the way. Together, we’ll work towards finding balance, building resilience, and fostering a sense of well-being and empowerment. You’re not alone on this journey—let’s walk it together.

Therapeutic Approaches:
