Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged for the missed session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to the full session fee, which will be charged to the payment method on file. Please refer to your service agreement for detailed information on our cancellation policy.

Compliance with Laws

You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of this Site and services provided by Mindful Moments Counseling Center LLC.
